Day & Night Projects X Kei Museum present HOME: The Artistry and Mind of Anna Noel, curated by Kei Ellis. Filled with vivid colors, Anna Noel depicts her tumultuous childhood through sculptures made with plexiglass, hand-felted wool, with an array of mixed materials. Using the stressures of her past, Anna, generates beautiful experiences that will keep the audience engaged. 

HOME: The Artistry and Mind of Anna Noel will be on view August 17–31, Fridays and Saturdays 12–5pm, or by appointment. Join the artist for a free closing reception August 31st, 7–10pm. The exhibition will also be available for viewing on keimuseum.com, including the option to purchase the artwork online. including the option to purchase artworks on our online store.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Anna Noel is a multidisciplinary artist whose art uses lighting design and local color in multimedia sculptural installations to produce a surreal feeling of an alternate reality.  She spends time in her studio studying the relationship between warm and cool colors, creating new ways to communicate imagery for her viewers. Collecting inspiration from her family life and unique childhood experiences, Anna depicts art that is lively and memorable for the public.

Anna Noel began her early years in Chesapeake Bay, VA during the late ’90s, then moved to Missouri where she was raised. She received her BFA at  Missouri State University and is currently at Savannah College of Art and Design for her MFA. During her career she has been featured in multiple galleries such as: Jones Gallery, HMVC Gallery,Savannah College of Art and Design, ShockBoxx Gallery,  Brick City Galleries,  Brick City Building 4 Stairwell and Atrium, Missouri State University Student Exhibition Center, Fresh Gallery, Brick City Building 3, Xi'an University of Technology, China, and Georgia Southwestern State University. Her work has been shown in major US cities including Atlanta, Georgia, Los Angeles, California, New York City, New York and Kansas City, Missouri. Her artwork has been featured in a music video for Sienna Liggins, Missouri State University Art and Design Installation Feature on instagram, as well as a blog on their website. After her recent move to Atlanta,Ga, she is currently enrolled in the SCAD MFA Sculpture program.

ABOUT KEI MUSEUM

Kei Museum is a new museum that brings elegant, contemporary, and fresh art to the scene. Emerging from Atlanta, GA in 2021, the space displays various artists from diverse locations and backgrounds to new viewers through a tasteful experience. Showings consist of a range of art styles from fine art, decorative art, and everything in between.
